Great Value
While planning a trip to Boston, I listed out lots of activities presented them to my family. Duck Boats, the Aquarium and the Science Museum were at the top of the list. I looked at CityPASS and a similar alternative and while CityPASS did not include the Duck Boats or as many options as the alternative, it did offer a better value on the things we were interested in seeing. Once we settled on CityPASS and I downloaded the app, I was sure we made the right choice. It was so easy to schedule (and reschedule) our visits and then to pull up our tickets when we got to the venue. We made some last minute changes to which tickets we were going to use based on other things we wanted to do once we got there and all of it was easy to do.

Great investment!
Getting CityPASS tickets for our trip to Boston was one of the best things we did! We were able to experience 4 different attractions and each one we picked did not disappoint. It simplified our outings for us and saved us money.

Activities were great. CityPass customer service was lacking. I have been traveling back and forth Dallas to Boston and I asked for an extension to the very short window for my tickets. The autonomous chat bot could not help or think outside of strick rules and thus I have deleted the CityPass app and blocked emails. Super lazy handling and careless about customer service

Amazing Value for your Money!
It's fantastic! I used the CityPASS at 4 different locations and it ended up being very cost-effective and saved us a lot of money.
