Fabulous and easy to use
We each bought a CityPASS pass for our trip to Manhattan, and we are thrilled that we did. It is EASY to use, and it was accepted at each of the five places we chose - no questions asked. We will definitely be telling other people to use them for any future travels.

NYC visit
We enjoyed using the bus to navigate parts of the city. We had a variety of bus drivers over the time we used the CityPASS. One bus driver only stopped twice during the whole downtown route, never announcing each stop coming up. One bus driver did not turn on the audio for most of our nighttime trip, which was unfortunate because we did not learn anything new about those parts of the city. One bus driver got into a shouting match with a driver who was parked in the bus lane, almost becoming involved in a fistfight.
We found the men in the red jackets very helpful with information about bus times and bus stops. We particularly appreciated meeting and seeing CD daily outside our hotel. He was friendly and helpful. We found the bus stops difficult to find sometimes and would have liked to see the locations better marked.

Amazingly simple to use.
I bought the CityPASS after looking online for attraction discounts in NYC.
Couldn't be more pleased with the user experience and savings I've made. So simple to find the attractions, book them and beat the queues.
