Museum partially closed
I purchased a CityPASS and prepared my itinerary, with the Guggenheim being last. Had I known that most of this particular museum was closed and all tickets were only 12$, I would have made better use of my pass. Remember to check closings before scheduling. I’m left with an unused ticket; bummer!

It’s very useful but too expensive
I bought CityPASS for my trip in NYC. It was too expensive and you always need to buy something else at the attraction like audio guide, or a new ticket to go in the statue…

No se ahorra como dicen....
"City PASS" ha sido bueno y ágil para acceder pero no he encontrado el ahorro ya que ponen en todos lados que cuestan los accesos 50$ y en realidad estaban a 30$.... Hemos sacado el pase para cuatro atracciones y me ha costado más caro que sacar cada atracción por separado

Value for money
Our CityPASS was very flexible to what we wanted to do (weather changed some plans and we could switch tickets around). It also was value for money as we saw entry fees at the venues we went to and felt we had made the right decision.

Good but not seamless booking times and upgrades
Bought the NYC CityPASS that includes 5 attractions. Some of the attractions were straight forward and the pass worked well. Others required additional steps especially if you wanted to get premium experiences. natural history museum makes you book a time on their site and then you have to stand in the main line to “convert” the ticket. You have to go the Circle Line site to change cruise if desired and then go to their ticket window to upgrade to premier seating. The otter experiences were more straight forward. Some tickets you can add to apple wallet which is slick. Others are in the app or email. Not sure if I would use again or just book directly with the attractions next time.
