Incredible value and experience!
The attractions that were included in the CityPASS were definitely worth the cost, and I was most impressed with how easy the app was to use! I felt like I breezed through my trip and had absolutely no issues with lines or accessing my tickets. Also, the additional discount on Broadway tickets was a huge bonus - as a die hard theater fan it offered so much savings and was really a cherry on top!!

Worth it
The CityPass app was so easy and clear to use. It was convenient and accepted no issues at the places booked. Worth it, as had we got tickets at each venue it would have cost us more. Plus it was time booked, so we could plan our day sightseeing without worry.

Saves money, but accessing tickets is clunky
It was worth it for us because we dod 5 activities. The way the app makes you access the tickets is clunky. You have to click on 5 buttons before you can get to where you scan them.

Great purchase
CityPASS was great value for money. Gave myself enough activities that I can do for a 7 day trip. The choice of excursions were great, and the app is super easy to use. All tickets are in app, and get the QR with specific details on there.
One unexpected feature I appreciated was that it is very easy to reschedule tickets, even an hour before. Had to do this a few times due to the bad weather.

It was quite simple to buy the Citypass as well to plan and in some cases to change the reservation of the attractions.

Definitely not worth it
CityPass has a good price but does not work properly. At the American Museum of Natural History they made us go through the same queue as the people without tickets just to exchange the citypass qr to a ticket of the museum. More than 30 min day waiting on a monday, can’t imagine what would have happen at a weekend. Definitely not worth it
