Amazing experience using CityPASS!!
I purchased the CityPASS tickets for my few days in NYC and I’m so glad I did! The CityPASS allows you to go to the top attractions at a fraction of the price, it also allows you to choose and keep track of the attractions on your phone and add them to your Apple wallet. CityPASS is an absolutely wonderful company allowing you to see the city at a reasonable cost, it’s also incredibly easy to use.

Convenient and efficient
I bought the New York CityPASS (5 attractions) and as a first-timer in the US the pass was a very convenient way to sight-see in New York and book visits at the attractions. The customer support was also very fast and friendly when a museum was unexpectedly closed due to power outage and we could reschedule the visit for another day.

Fabulous - 100% recommended!
We ordered our CityPASS last minute - but it did not disappoint!! We are a family of 2 adults and 2 children (ages 13 and 16) who travelled to New York from the UK on 31st December. The pass was excellent value and was easy to book our excursions via the app. Would recommend to anyone visiting New York!

Wasn't worth it. Easier / faster to book direct
While CityPass helped us to think about places to go in NYC, it didn't save us money, and it cost us time. If we had booked directly with the museums and the empire state building we could have skipped the line. But Citypass as well as other non-site tickets have to wait in long lines to get through. In total we probably wasted 1-1.5 hours in line to convert the Citypass, and that was time not spent in the venues.
