Highly recommended especially for first timers
This was our first trip to New York, and we used the CityPASS with a group of four people. It covers all the places you would want to visit if it was your first time. We only had a short time to visit, so we couldn't visit just one facility, but we still had a lot of fun. You can manage your reservations and tickets on the app, so you don't have to worry about forgetting anything! But be careful not to run out of battery on your smartphone!

Best way to see NYC!
This is the second time we've used CityPASS and it definitely won't be the last! We had an amazing trip to NYC and loved the options on the pass. I highly recommend the Circle Line Landmarks sightseeing cruise. It was the best way to see the Statue of Liberty in my opinion. We had a great tour guide on Memorial Day and he was so informative. We loved Top of the Rock, 9/11 Museum and Memorial, as well as the Empire State Building and the American Museum of Natural History. The pass was so easy to use. You just selected your time in the app and showed your pass at the door. Thanks for this service!

Disappointed and somewhat conned
Disappointed, as I feel somewhat conned. The pass indicated entry to 5 attractions including the circle line. We could not book the circle line on the city pass app, and it was not accepted as a venue. Other attractions only had a relatively small discount. As I had tried and failed to book the circle line, I was not allowed to book the Intrepid Museum as I had used all 5 attractions (which incorrectly counted the circle line) ?!
